By using TalentDeck.ai (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You may use TalentDeck.ai for lawful recruiting and talent management purposes. You are responsible for all data you upload and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product.
You retain ownership of all data you upload. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your candidate records or resumes.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalentDeck.ai’s liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
