All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Candidate records and resume files are stored in encrypted cloud storage with access restricted to your organization.
TalentDeck.ai supports Google OAuth, Microsoft OAuth, and email/password authentication. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (cost factor 12). We recommend using OAuth for stronger security.
Role-based access controls ensure users only see data appropriate to their role. Admin actions are logged for audit purposes.
We run on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with automatic backups, geographic redundancy, and 99.9% uptime SLA for paid plans.
